Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out must be completed by 10:00.
How do I access the property on arrival?
On arrival, ring the intercom labelled "Elements". You will be given a set of magnetic key cards for your room and the entrance door.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Where can I park?
White-marked street parking in the surrounding streets is free with no time limit. Alternatively, Garage RAMM at Viale Somalia 50 offers covered paid parking.
Room & Amenities
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast is not included, but the neighbourhood is full of lovely cafés and bakeries just steps from the property — the perfect way to start your morning like a local. Check our neighbourhood guide for our recommendations.
Is Wi-Fi available and free?
Yes, fast and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You'll find the network name and password next to the front door.
How often are sheets and towels changed?
Sheets and linen are changed every 4 days. Additional changes are available on request for a small fee.
Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
Yes, all rooms have a private en-suite bathroom.
The Neighbourhood
Is there a 24-hour pharmacy near the property?
Yes, Farmacia San Stanislao is open 24/7. It is located at Viale Libia 225, tel. 06 8601720.
Where can I eat nearby?
Nearby we recommend: Opificio (creative cuisine), InfarinaRe (artisan pizza and bread), Er Buco (Roman trattoria), Friendly (burgers and fusion). Villa Ada also hosts outdoor summer events.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, there is a Carrefour Express and a Tigre supermarket in the immediate vicinity, both a few minutes' walk away.
Getting Here
How do I get to Elements by metro?
The nearest metro stop is Libia (line B1), approximately 850 metres from the property (about 10 minutes on foot).
How do I get from the airport?
From Fiumicino (FCO): take the Leonardo Express to Roma Termini, then metro B1 to Libia (about 1 hour total). By taxi or private transfer, the estimated cost is €55–70. From Ciampino (CIA): bus service or taxi directly to the area (about 30–40 minutes).
Booking
What is the cancellation policy?
Please check the specific terms at the time of booking: the policy may vary depending on the rate selected. In general, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival on flexible rates.
Is it better to book directly with you?
Yes. Booking directly on our website avoids OTA commission fees (Booking.com, Airbnb), and the price is always equal to or lower than third-party platforms. You can also contact us directly for special requests.
Do you accept pets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at the property.
