Parks and nature in Trieste District: Villa Ada and surroundings

The green lungs of the district, steps from your room.

If you want to experience Rome's history without the two-hour lines at the Colosseum, head underground here on Via Salaria. The Catacombs of Priscilla, known as the "Queen of the Catacombs," are less than a 10-minute walk from Elements. It's a breathtaking experience, featuring frescoes dating back to the 3rd century.

After the cool air of the catacombs, I recommend a stroll through Villa Ada. It's the green heart of our neighborhood, where we go to run or read a book under the umbrella pines. It's not a park for tourists; it's a piece of forest within the city. If you have children, Parco Nemorense is also just 5 minutes away—smaller, well-kept, and perfect for a coffee while they play.
