Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 15:00 to 23:00
Check-out: by 10:00

For arrivals outside these hours please contact us in advance via WhatsApp at +39 393 337 2553. We are available 24/7 to find a solution.

Cancellation policy

We apply a Flexible cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellations within 3 days of arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

To request a cancellation please write to info@elementscamereroma.it or contact us directly via WhatsApp.

Accepted payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
• Debit card (PIN)
• Cash
• Online payment (available during booking)

Length of stay

We do not accept bookings exceeding 30 consecutive nights. For longer stays please contact us directly to discuss personalised arrangements.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Please note that the property does not provide extra beds or cots. If travelling with young children we recommend contacting us before booking.

House rules

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in a request to vacate the property without the right to a refund.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property with no data limits.

Minimum age

There is no minimum age requirement for check-in. Unaccompanied minors must present written authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.

Curfew

No curfew. Guests have access to the property 24 hours a day.
